We provide temporary financial assistance to eligible Collin County residents experiencing a financial crisis. Our goal is to help prevent eviction, foreclosure, and utility disconnections while connecting clients with resources that support long-term financial stability.
Our Community Resource Center offers clients access to computers, internet, printing, and copying services for job applications, housing searches, and other essential needs.

We offer seasonal and year-round programs that help meet the needs of families across Collin County. Programs include Tools for School, which provides backpacks and school supplies for students, and Hope for the Holidays, which connects eligible families with holiday gifts through generous community donors.
The Assistance Center is extremely grateful for the organizations, corporations, churches, foundations and individuals that have joined us in our efforts to stabilize families allowing them the peace of mind to move forward. But the need in Collin County is great so growing our donor base is always a priority. Annually the Assistance Center has to say no to hundreds of qualified requests. In addition, with the continual increases in cost of goods, services and rents, listed wage earners are in constant struggle to make ends meet.
In 2024, here's how we impacted Collin County residents:
