Meet local artists and check out their original artwork while enjoying a glass of wine and music at Rail Station Studios and Gallery in the heart of the Downtown Plano Arts District. There will also be a special guest jewelry designer showcasing his hand-made jewelry. All art and jewelry is for sale and 20 percent of all proceeds go directly to the Assistance Center in support of its mission to prevent homelessness and poverty.
"Community building and connection is at the core of what we do and partnering with Rail Station Studios and Gallery is one more way we can accomplish that," said Stephanie Robinson, executive director of the Assistance Center. "As rents continue to rise, so has the number of people who no longer have a home. We’re grateful to Gene Dillard (founder of the Rail Station) and the artists for supporting the Assistance Center and its mission to keep Collin County residents in their homes.”
